The Grow4Good Program has one clear aim: to give back to rural causes that matter to our Landmark agents. An initiative of Bayer, Grow4Good has been enthusiastically embraced by both Bayer and Landmark representatives. The Program has supported a wide variety of local causes around the country, providing financial support to ensure the community has access to the latest health and emergency technology, and to upgrade recreational services and equipment.

All for a good cause

Grow4Good, supporting local causes, helping rural communities

Ben Thompson, National Key Account Manager, Bayer CropScience, said: “Our business is built around a healthy rural community. It’s important that our smaller rural communities remain viable to families. Any help we can give to keep services and sports clubs running, to upgrade equipment when it’s needed and ensure the community has access to the latest health and emergency technology, we are only too happy to provide”.

In order for a cause to be chosen, Landmark stores make a submission to the Grow4Good Program and after careful evaluation a decision is made on which causes to support. The chosen causes are each linked to sales of Bayer Broadacre or Horticulture product(s) throughout a specified timeframe. During this fundraising period, Bayer makes a dollar donation to the cause for each sale of the nominated product(s).

The Program receives many worthy submissions each year, and we  welcome additional suggestions for future years. If there is a local community project near you worthy of your nomination, please email us at and we’ll put you in touch with your nearest Bayer representative.
