Introducing our refreshed product labels — same products, clearer packaging

New look, same trusted products

From late 2026, you’ll start to see a refreshed look across our labels —while keeping the products you rely on exactly the same. The rollout will be progressive over the next few years, with updates made only when a new label is required (e.g., regulatory/artwork updates) or when a new production run is scheduled.

What’s changing (and why)

• Clearer layout: Updated information hierarchy and typography.
• Consistent colour cues: Colour treatment helps distinguish product types at a glance across the range.
• Aligned branding: Labels now reflect our global design system for a consistent experience across channels.

What’s not changing

• Same product, same performance. This is a visual and information‑layout refresh only.

When you’ll see it

• Multi‑year transition: Updated labels will appear as individual products come up for new label creation or new production runs. During the transition, older and refreshed labels may appear in market at the same time.

How to recognise the new label

• Cleaner front panel with clearer product naming.
• Consistent colour bar/gradient to support quick product recognition across the range.
• QR codes on selected packs link directly to the latest label and SDS on our website.

1) Why is the rollout happening over multiple years?

To minimise waste and avoid supply disruption, we’re updating labels only when a new label is needed or when a product is scheduled for a new production run. This plan ensures a smooth transition across the range.

2) Are the products or formulations changing?

No. This is a design refresh focused on clarity and consistency. The product formulations and performance you rely on remain the same.

3) Will pack sizes change?

Current pack sizes continue. If any size updates are planned for specific products, we’ll communicate those updates separately.

4) How can I confirm I have the latest label and SDS?

Scan the pack QR code (where present) or visit the product page on our website; we keep labels and SDS up to date online.

5) Can I keep using stock with the previous label?

Yes—use products according to the directions on the label attached to the container, and always follow label instructions.
