Use of the Cotton Choices online calculator ("Calculator"), including any and all information provided by, available in, or accessed through the Calculator ("Information"), is subject to your acceptance of the General Conditions of Use and the information and disclaimer below ("Terms"). By accessing and using the Calculator or any Information, you are deemed to have read and agreed to abide and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Calculator.
Calculator and Information
The Calculator offers information services made available by Bayer. The technology fees specified in the Calculator are applicable only in Australia and only for the current growing season. You have a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Calculator solely for personal use, and to display, download or save a single copy of any Information solely for such purposes (collectively, "Permitted Uses"). You may not distribute, sell, or modify the Calculator or the Information in any way. Bayer reserves the right to modify, change, add to, terminate, or discontinue (with respect to an individual user or all users) the Calculator in its discretion without notice to you.
