Now in its third year, the iGiveLocal Program has to date donated over $100,000 to 190 local causes around the country. The cheque was proudly presented to VFRS representatives Chris Brooks (Lieutenant) and Trevor Watson (Captain) by Glen Bergersen from Bayer and Kerryn Mickle and Ryan Chapman from QFH. Kerryn said “We are a small knit community and these funds will go a long way to celebrating the success of the VFRS as well as acknowledging the services of the volunteers who have saved other community members from fire. It will also help to celebrate an amazing 100 years of service in Katanning.”
